What’s included with my reservation
You’ll receive a private stay at your very own tent, campfire, and access to all of the public amenities.
What should I pack for my stay?
We recommend you pack for the weather, rain or shine - we’ll be operating. Bring some tools for cooking, and maybe some bug repellant to keep anything at bay
What activities are around Moonbase?
There are plenty of hikes nearby! Great Cacapon State Park is a beautiful well maintained area and has a great beach; perfect for families
Do you have wifi & cell-service?
Yes we do! We've got starlink to power your meetings, and video streaming :)
Do you allow pets?
We’re super pet-friendly, there is a flat cleaning fee for pets.
Where is parking?
Parking is located right next to each unit
Are there bathrooms and showers?
Bathrooms are in a climate-controlled trailer, and we have hot running water for our showers!
What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-in: 4PM - Check-out: 11AM
Is Moonbase handicap accessible?
Some units are a bit more accessible than others, our roads are gravel paved, and it’ll be difficult for people who are mobile-impaired to explore the site. Send us a message and we will do our best to accomodate your stay
Are there any additional fees?
Besides the flat nightly stay, and cleaning fee; we do not have any additional fees.
Where are you tents made?
We’re partnering up with our friends at Jupe,com.
Do you offer telescope rentals?
Yes! a telescope rental will be $30 flat for your entire stay (subject to availability)
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a free cancellation if notice is given 48 hours before your stay.
Am I able to book the entire campsite?
You can reserve all four units for a private experience for you and your party. Contact us for an inquiry!
